I'm going to use the Channel W weather challenge to try to finish a story that has weather as a component, though it's not an essential component, so I don't really feel I can enter it in the contest. Why am I posting this? No idea -- oh! Because if I announce it, I have to do it, don't I?

Even as we speak. It's an old one that's been sitting nearly done for AGES. It's pretty mushy. I might even get it done in the next couple of days. ;)
