Has ANYONE seen their dvds? Because I checked the web site today (thinking,  "Gee, the release date was a week ago and I haven't heard a word from the people who now have my money.") and it lists the product, which I ordered, and was instantly charged for, in October, as OUT OF STOCK. I'm pissed off. For this kind of lousy nonservice I could have gone with some fly by night online company.

Per the latest press release, all pre-orders were supposed to have been sent out by yesterday. But if my experience is typical, TL have screwed up so badly with this that it's ludicrous. I've ordered it four times (twice on line and twice over the phone), received a confirmation number each time that mysteriously disappeared from their records when I called back to confirm, was never charged on my credit card for any of them and today when I called to see if mine had been sent out, my last "confirmation" number had been lost, too.

Maybe TL was acquired by 6A at some point.

I had heard there was a problem with their getting the cases the discs come in because of the fires and that the orders would be late so I checked on mine a couple of days ago. It showed an estimated ship date of December 7th. But I checked right now and it shows that mine shipped out yesterday.

On one of the MFU lists I'm on several people have pipping up with having received their DVDs or have been told their DVDs have been shipped.

Folks on Channel D have been steadily receiving their orders. As someone commented, apparently the fires interferred with the shipping of the cardboard attache cases.

I'm getting one set for free (I did the commentary and one season liner notes after all) but have receive dnothing yet. Was assured they'd arrive by end of week.

You could always ask Lin for a set. I hear she's sending out DVD sets of Season 1 for free. :)

I got mine today! Shipped media mail from Clarion, Iowa, on Monday, the 3rd. So it took five days to go 200 miles. It was certainly worth waiting for, though. Beautiful packaging! (I've got to shovel the snow before I can look at the content!)
