I did end up getting mine finally, but only after I started calling them on a daily basis. To be fair, they were so abashed that they gave me three-day shipping free. I got it on the 3rd day.

Oh no, I'm so sorry you're still waiting. I think you should turn yourself into the squeakiest wheel that ever squeaked - there must be a glitch in the proceedings, and I'm sure Time-Life will want to sort it out, and will be grateful to you for drawing their attention to it.
