Day 16 – Summaries – Do you like them or hate them? How do you come up with them, if you use them?
Hate ‘em. Skip ‘em when possible. If I can’t, I come up with a one-line plot description, rather than an obscure quote or something trying to be clever or artsy (nothin' agin that when it works - I just can't do it well).

Interesting. graculus uses the same method. I find it unsatisfying personally; I don't mind when others use it - but then I don't know that I really feel a need to have a story summarized before reading it, so that probably colors my perception.
