Day 21 – Sequels – Have you ever written a sequel to a fic you wrote, and if so, why, and if not, how do you feel about sequels?
Yes. If my “muse” says there’s more to the story, I write it. It’s never a conscious, logical decision. The sequel just comes to me. I’m neutral about the concept of sequels.

How do you feel about people asking you for sequels? Have you ever started one as a result of that?

People have certainly asked, and I take it as a great compliment. But if the inspiration ain't there, it doesn't matter how many people (myself included!) might want one. I write to the internal drive - it's pointless (for me) to attempt to do otherwise. That's why I can't write for fests and things like that - if that inner spark isn't there, nothing happens, and I can't command it (unfortunately).
