Yeah, it looks like franciskerst's account got hacked. I've got about 2 pages worth of posts in Russian. Look like they might be ads. Are you seeing more than that?

That's what I've got too--but it seems to be only franciskerst (so far). I've put her on a filter until it gets fixed.
