Well, gee

Has ANYONE seen their dvds? Because I checked the web site today (thinking,  "Gee, the release date was a week ago and I haven't heard a word from the people who now have my money.") and it lists the product, which I ordered, and was instantly charged for, in October, as OUT OF STOCK. I'm pissed off. For this kind of lousy nonservice I could have gone with some fly by night online company.

Really, really annoying, I agree. DeepDiscount and Amazon are quite efficient at keeping customers informed; good customer service seems like a no-brainer for anyone who wants to stay in business.
